Mr. Arvind K Vaishnava

With almost four decades of administrative experience in Indian Army and Border Security Force, Mr. Vaishnava is a visionary.

A Golf enthusiast, who gained a very diverse Golf Management Experience while serving in different parts of the country.

His vision is to make GOLF ACCESSIBLE at the grass root level by developing various Golf learning facilities throughout the country.

He truly believes that Golf Adds Value in all respects.

Mr.Aashish Vaishnava

Aashish Vaishnava has over 15 years of playing experience in various Indian Golf Courses and knows the game and its business like the back of his hand. His experience includes Golf Course & Driving Range Construction Management, Golf Course operations and maintenance.

Responsible for construction of Cambay Golf Course & Cambay Golf Academy (golf course and two level driving range with facilities like restaurant, pro-shop, classrooms etc.), in Gandhinagar (Gujarat).

An Integral part of the design and construction of Emaar’s Mohali Hills Golf Course and has designed the Cambay Golf Resort in Jaipur (9 Hole Desert Golf Course, This environmentally sound golf course is revolutionary in concept. Cambay Golf is based on a design principle now popular in the deserts of Arizona and California in which water utilization is approximately 15% of that of traditional courses built on the same space. Target greens and fairways provide a fair playing surface while poorly placed shots have to be recovered from the drier “rough” areas.)

All of these Golf Course Designs are unique in their own way and the main design idea of each of these courses is that these should be enjoyed by novice golfers(eager to learn golf) & professional golfers alike.

Other than the above mentioned projects, Aashish & his team is involved in the construction of various 9 Hole Golf Courses in India and two standalone Driving Ranges.

Aashish has also been consulting various Govt., semi-Govt., Defence & Para-Military forces in India to develop / improve their new / existing Golf Courses.

Mr.Stuart J Campbell

Chief Advisor

Stuart comes from a long line of golfers, his father had a club made for him at the age of 2, and he has enjoyed his Golfing journey ever since. Even from an early age he wanted to become a Professional and after a successful amateur career he turned Pro in 1974. He qualified as a PGA Member after successfully passing his British PGA exams in 1978. A supporter of the Asian Tour in the early 80’s enabled Stuart not only to play across the region but he also was fortunate to be guest golf coach at Royal Hong Kong & at Tanah Merah in Singapore.

Stuart decided to concentrate on the business of Golf, specializing in coaching, retail and Golf operations. He derives a great deal of satisfaction passing on his knowledge and love of this Royal & Ancient sport.

A passionate promoter of the sport he has dedicated himself to not only creating Golfers but to develop sustainable Golfing facilities for them to play on.

He has been hired to troubleshoot several under performing Golf clubs in the UK and by analyzing the business’s was able to come up with affordable solutions & idea’s to turn those business’s round into successful operations. Key elements in these past successes have been his understanding of both course maintenance & Golf operations. “Give owners/developers what they want at a price they can afford to maximize revenues “is his motto; there is in his book no substitute for quality regardless of the budget.

In 2004, he was contracted to pre-open Aamby Valley GC & Academy, this was Stuart’s intro to golf in India, one that he thoroughly enjoyed. Apart from training the staff to International standards, he designed coaching & golfing packages, developed a very successful corporate golf program and organized both National & International Professional golf events a first in Western India.

With his vast experience, Stuart has brought over 36 years of invaluable Golf Management expertise to AV GOLF INTERNATIONAL.

Mr. Kelly Blake Moran

Golf Course Architect (USA)

Kelly Blake Moran started playing golf at age 8. He played competitively through high school, and made the Freshman team at University of Texas. Kelly received his degree in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University in 1984 and is a registered Landscape Architect.

Kelly Blake Moran began his solo career in 1995 after 11 years with von Hagge Design Associates, Inc., an international golf design firm where he was a partner. Kelly has been designing golf courses for over 28 years resulting in 23 new courses and 15 renovations in 7 countries.

His modus operandi is based upon Kelly’s iron-clad conviction that hands-on experience with the land is the only way to develop rich and meaningful design solutions for course routing, strategy, infrastructure, maintenance, and aesthetics. This land-based approach ensures the course will be challenging, interesting, and memorable to play.

Mr. Kelly Blake Moran and Mr. Aashish Vaishnava have collaborated for several years and are actively designing golf courses in India. This collaboration has allowed them to be involved in a project from beginning to end. Kelly and Aashish desire to be at the center of all aspects of the design, construction, grow-in, and operation of a golf course – all critical stages to the development. Mr. Michael Stark

Golf & Landscape Architect (Vietnam)

Michael Stark is highly qualified in all aspects of Golf Course Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Master Planning, Project Management and Construction Management. Michael excels in all types of design & construction in a wide variety of climates. His specialty is master planning & site development with an emphasis on detailing and layout, grading, drainage, and plants. Michael has a thorough knowledge of construction, wetland design, storm water control, and cost estimating/project budgeting. Michael has complete project management experience working on large-scale developments & infrastructure projects.

His design/build skill gives him great experience in knowing what does & does not work in the field. Michael has worked in twelve foreign countries. He has thorough knowledge of plant species, grasses, construction materials & techniques. Michael’s Golf course construction work is unsurpassed. He has worked on over thirty golf course projects in his career. He has extensive equipment operation in shaping greens, tees and bunkers. Michael is able to provide project and construction management services as well.

Mr. Anthony Asquith

Agronomist (UK)

With almost two decades of experience in the Golf industry as Agronomist / Turf Consultant, Anthony adds value to the Turf Management & Agronomy expertise of AV GOLF INTERNATIONAL. A certified Turf Professional from Askham Bryan College (York, UK) who has been very pro active in carrying out various turf researches and providing agronomy consulting to wide range of different Golf Courses in different climate zones covering both cool and warm season turf which involves Water Management, soil analysis, Best Management Practices, Integrated Pest Management, Maintenance Programs to make sure the grass is always green & healthy.

Additionally, he determines proper grass selections and establishment programs - both short and long term, while offering design assistance for maintenance and agronomy factors, staff agronomy training and conditioning standards consistent with product expectations. The information he has gathered during his research has been an invaluable tool enabling us to create quality surfaces without wasting money on unnecessary products and the latest trends.
